Box office opening hours:
Daytime: Monday – Saturday, 9am - 6pm
Evenings: Monday – Saturday, 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.

How to pay:
In person – by cash, cheque or credit card
By telephone – by credit card subject to a £1 charge per transaction
By post – by cheque (payable to Luton Cultural Services Trust)

Accepted credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Electron, Switch Maestro.

Reservations: Tickets can be reserved for any event (excluding weekly classes) and group bookings are available (for 9 or more persons.) Reservations must be paid for within 3 working days - any reservations still on hold after this time will be returned to general sale. If a show is sold out, reservations still on hold on the day of the show will be released for re-sale 30 minutes before the start time.

Concessions: When concessions are available they apply to over 60yrs, under 18yrs, unemployed, people with disabilities, and students. Carers of people with disabilities are entitled to a free ticket. Please mention your entitlement to a concession at the time of booking
and bring valid ID with you. Management reserves the right to charge full price if there is any doubt.
Refunds: We are unable to issue a refund once your booking has been processed. Tickets may be exchanged for those of the same value for another event, subject to availability and an administration charge of £1 per ticket.

Access: The venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Guide dogs are welcome. An induction loop is installed in certain areas for those with a hearing aid that can be tuned to ‘T’. Please ask at the time of booking if you have any access queries.

Latecomers: Due to the nature of some events, latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Babes in arms: Tickets must be purchased for children aged 2 and over at the appropriate concession price. Babes in arms (under 2 years) will be admitted free of charge but will not have an allocated seat.
